Return Eligibility: At Unreal Vapors, our customer is our number one priority.  Some items are simply not eligible for returns.  If you have questions about your return/exchange and you aren't sure if it is eligible, please contact us through the contact us page, or by phone @ (844) 4-UNREAL.  
  1. E-liquids and DIY Liquids - E-liquids and DIY Liquids are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.  Once these leave our store, they are yours.  All sales are FINAL.
  2. Batteries - All battery sales are FINAL.  These products have a limited number of uses that can be impacted by misuse.  We will not take batteries back once they have left our stores.
  3. Tanks - All Tank sales are FINAL once the product has been opened.  If the tank is still in its original packaging, it can be returned or exchanged.
  4. Regulated Devices - A regulated device is any device that has an internal computer chip. All regulated devices MUST be unopened to be eligible for a return.  These devices have sensitive components that should only be repaired by trained personnel. 
How to return an item:

If you purchased an item in one of our stores and you need to return it, please read the eligibility criteria above FIRST.  If you believe your item(s) is eligible for a return, please send us an email to returns@unrealvapors.com.  We will get back to you within 24 hours to determine if you are eligible and instructions on how to return your item.  Return shipping will be covered by the customer.  Once the item has been received by our store, we will determine if all return criteria have been met.  If we choose to exchange or return the item, we will issue a credit for the return shipping to the customer.  If it is determined that the item does NOT meet the criteria, we will ship it back to the customer at our own expense.  Our decision is final.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns that we deem to be customer misuse or abuse.

How to exchange an item:

D.O.A. - Dead/Defective on Arrival

If an item arrives to you DOA, you have 48 hours to claim it with our company.  Return the item to us along with its original packaging and we will return/exchange the defective/dead item with a new one/refund.  If your claim is not made within 48 hours, we will NOT accept the return/exchange.  Many of these products are very sensitive and can be damaged if not properly handled or stored.  Please store your extra atomizers/coils carefully.
